Hi, I'm Coral, a specialised nutrition and fitness coach for women of all ages. With over a decade of training, internationally accredited certifications, my own passion for leaning and helping, I'm now part of the Coach Curran team to help women be the best version of themselves. 

I committed myself to learning everything I could from books, podcasts, and scientific studies all about how the female body works and how I could optimise mine.

 I know how tough it can be to feel unhappy with your health or appearance, and I know the strength that comes from overcoming those challenges. That’s why I’m so passionate about empowering others to take control of their journey.
